Game Review - Wii Party (Wii)

It's never easy to review a mini game compilation. Each mini game varies in quality and its almost impossible to mention every one fairly into a review. Wii Party is a mixed bag. This wii title tends to leach off the popularity of the Mario party franchise started by Nintendo on the 64. It runs the same format of board games and mini games thrown into the mix. However there is only one map and it gets really boring really fast. There are a few other modes that Nintendo threw into to try and break up the monotony, but there nothing special. Like friend connection and bingo. Lastly something must be said about the mini games itself. Most of them are bland at best. There is a mini game that requires you to calm down a baby, and the only way I have found to actually complete the task is to shake the wii mote like a mad man. Allot of these mini games relied on complete luck. And that's really all there is to say about wii party, you'd be lucky to get any for a enjoyment out of this "Game". If your looking for mini game compilation that has a board game, get Mario party. It will cost you less money and it will last you allot longer.

18th Birthday

I have never really had a great birthday. It would seem that every year something obscure or bad happens on my birthday. Last year had to be one of the worst birthdays of my entire life. It started off with me getting dumped that morning. Then it lead to me going to school late cause I missed my ride. Then I fell down two flights of stairs which pulled a muscle in my back. Then when I was in the bathroom I slipped and fell then when I was using the facilities somebody decided it would be a good idea to kick the door down. I remember when I was four years old I threw up all over the place on my birthday. Well today on my eighteenth birthday Its safe to say that that will not happen again. And to be honest my birthday has not been that bad this year. All that really happened was my Ipod plunged into a pot of boiling water totally wrecking it. I can live without it though it wont bother me cause I always keep a backup. Now with every birthday comes the party and this year I wanted a small party with a small amount of people. That isent happening the five people I wanted to invite turned into twenty. In my small house I can see that this will be a huge problem. I have allot of friends now and thats the problem. I cannot exclude someone from this party cause I'm close to all of them its hard to pick my top five let alone my top twenty. Oh well I guess I will just have to let this all pan out.
